Reasons for coaching are solving professional problems as well as a determination of personal and professional situation and their further development. Relaxation training

Personal special challenges, stress management and burnout are my focus areas. Together we find solutions for everyday life, to build up your stress competences so that you can be more resistant and more relaxed. Scientifically intensively studied relaxation methods such as progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), autogenous training imaginary journeys and mindfulness coaching can help you relax and build up the necessary resilience.

Coaching for kids and teens

In my day-to-day work as a teacher, I got an insight into the living environment of young people and learned about the high pressure and the great demands they are already exposed to. Especially for teenagers it is therefore important to find effective ways to deal with stress and to learn relaxation methods at an early stage, which can ensure the necessary serenity.
I am a licenced Kids-Relax-Taininer (Stress-managment-school) and offer trainings for kids, parents and kids, teenagers, teachers and whole schoolclasses.
